One-bedroom basement apartment located in the Crestview neighbourhood in Whitehorse, Yukon. This unit is out of the hustle of downtown, but a quick 10-minute drive (or 20-minute direct bus ride) from the city center.

Space

The airy bedroom is an oasis in its own right. With an accent wall, inspired by the night sky, you can relax under the stars – even with the midnight sun. A large window lets in a lot of light and a lush green view. The light-blocking curtains allow you to close them and enjoy some television from bed on your smart TV. Your plush queen-sized bed has 100% cotton sheets and a thick duvet. As this is a basement suite, some noise is transferred from the upstairs apartment. Ear plugs and a white noise machine have been provided to provide for a peaceful sleep.

The kitchen has a custom cloud tile backsplash that nicely accents the dark cabinets. Everything you need is on hand to whip up a quick dinner or to relax with a bottle of wine.

The living area is multipurpose. It features a dedicated workspace with a comfortable chair and high-speed internet, in case you have to put in some hours at work. There is a modern dining table for two. When the time comes to relax and unwind, you can do so on the electric reclining sofa. Get cozy and enjoy the large TV. Netflix is provided in 4K. Laundry is available in the suite.

We stock body soap, shampoo and conditioner from The Unscented Company, and fluffy towels for your comfort.

There are numerous walking trails in the area. They don’t call Whitehorse the Wilderness City for nothing! The apartment is located near the highway, which makes most attractions easily accessible. A walk, or a brief drive, from the apartment, will allow you to access a grocery store, several eateries, a pool hall, and a delicious seasonal ice cream shop. There is a bus stop steps from the door that will take you downtown in twenty minutes.
