About your stay

Welcome to the BearBerry Chalet!

Located at equidistance from Pine lake and the town of Haines Junction, the chalet is only 5 minutes away from both these places. This place is great for you to go hunting, fishing and swimming in the surrounding lakes and hiking to explore Kluane National Park and Reserve. There’s also a paved biking trail that starts at the end of the street and allows you to go all the way to town! And in winter, the ski trails start at the end of the yard.

It is great for small, intimate weddings;  for sports teams, coworkers and artists’ retreats and events; as well as bachelor parties or family gatherings. The chalet would also be a great comfortable starting point for hikers, adventurers or nature lovers to go explore Kluane National park.

The place has got a wrap-around deck which is great for eating outside in the summer while being protected from the bugs. Furthermore, the large open-space containing the kitchen and the living room is perfect for large groups. Furthermore, the 5 bedrooms are very convenient. There also is lots of space for kids to play, and a little sand box is available outside.

A unique experience

Bear Berry - hosts

We are a family of 5 (3 young kids and an old dog) who love the outdoors. We never miss a chance to go camping, even during the winter months. We love running, hiking, skiing, hunting, and fishing. That’s why the Yukon is the perfect place for our family. Both teachers in Whitehorse, Véro is passionate of skiing and hiking and Justin is passionate of hunting and fishing. The BearBerry chalet was a dream come true for us! The perfect place to do those things and to create unique memories with our kids for many years to come. We are trilled to share this amazing place with people from all over the world who love the outdoors as much as us!
