Tincup Lake has an outstanding reputation for its fishing, fly fishing and the wealth of fish in its waters.
There are a number of easy hikes you can take along cross-country trails or river banks.

Welcome to the wilderness lodge!
Located on the shore of Tincup Lake, this place is great for you to relax as well as to go for adventures. The place is organized in the goal to allow you to be as comfortable as possible! There is a main lodge as well as three other log cabins.
The accommodations are built from red Canadian cedar wood and boast comfortable living spaces. Each unit has a separate hot-water shower and lavatory, as well as LED lighting, solar-powered electricity, and a wood stove with firewood provided. Guests will find freshly made single beds that can be converted to a double bed. Local artwork adorns the walls to create a unique atmosphere.
The lodge also includes a cozy living area with a wood stove, dining area, and separate kitchen. Guests can unwind in the Tincup Lounge and Bar, located directly on the shore of the lake. The lodge runs entirely on solar power, eliminating the need for generators and noise disturbances. Recently rebuilt and renewed with great attention to detail, the lodge features new equipment and custom-made furniture.
You also will get to eat some tasty cuisine, mostly soup and sandwiches for lunch and varied cuisine in the evenings. They offer you really local food as the fish is from the lake and the salads and herbs are grown behind the lodge! Coffee and freshly baked cakes and quiches are available for you to enjoy throughout the day.

Tincup lake or Cheghǟr Mǟn is 17 kilometres long and 2.5 kilometres wide, surrounded by nature. The woodland is moss-floored, which provides wonderful views. The place is full of nature, visiting the lodge will allow you to admire the mountain grandeur, the birds, flowers, wild animals and the fresh air! From mid-August, you can get the chance to see some northern lights.
The lodge is located on the lake. You can only arrive by floatplane, the journey is organized by Tincup Wilderness Lodge and is included in the price. Which will allow you to see some wonderful views along the way! You can visit around by airplane, boat, helicopter, even by canoe, kayaking or paddleboard! Furthermore, you can also visit Kluane National Park by hiking along river banks or cross-country trails. The different means of transportation will allow you seeing different things, like the wildlife when you are on a canoe or the wonderful mountains and horizon by helicopter.
The lake is also a great place for fishing! Indeed, it hosts loads of fish, of different species. You can either do reel fishing or fly-fishing. The fishing boat and gear are provided by the hosts.
If you want to experience the real bush life, you can fly out to Dogpack Lake to the outpost camp. The place is ideal for hiking and fishing.
